From Exeter:

Take the A38 towards Plymouth for 31 miles. After passing South Brent, turn left at Wrangaton Cross. After 4 miles you will reach California Cross; take the second left after the petrol station towards Bigbury on Sea. At Harraton Cross, turn left onto the A379. After ¾ mile, the entrance to our lane appears on the right next to a sign: HELLIERS FARM, BED AND BREAKFAST.

From Kingsbridge:

Take the A379 towards Plymouth, bypassing Aveton Gifford. Continue past the Fir Tree Petrol Station. Very shortly, a sharp left turn brings you to the farmhouse.
